• Guesthouse, one ensuite master bedroom and one ensuite twin bedroom
• Open kitchen and various areas divided into: dining, living, and tv room
• Roofed BBQ area and bar & dining table of 5 meter
• Separate casita with extra staff kitchen and small bathroom
• Plenty of open and covered terraces on three sides of the villa
• 40 hours cleaning per week & 3x per week garden, pool and terraces
